Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Archana Sharma, Clinical Psychologist. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, we will be unable to provide you with our services.

Booking Appointments and Payments

Advance Payment: Payment for sessions must be made at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, online transfer, UPI, etc.

Booking Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed only after payment is received. For online sessions, confirmation will be provided via email or message. If you do not receive a confirmation, please share a screenshot of your payment and details of the slot you booked. Our team will get back to you.

Rescheduling Policy

Advance Notice: Clients can reschedule appointments without any fee if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Frequent Rescheduling: Clients who frequently reschedule appointments (more than three times in a row) may be required to discuss their scheduling needs with the therapist to find a more suitable time slot.

Appointment Cancellations

Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.

Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours left for the session to start will incur the full session fee.

No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and fails to provide notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

Notice Cancellations: Clients who cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice and have prepaid for the session are eligible for a full refund or the option to apply the payment toward a future session.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours left for the session to start or for no-shows. The session fee will be charged as outlined above.

Emergency Cancellations

 Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, severe weather conditions), the cancellation fee may be waived at the therapist’s discretion. Clients should communicate any emergencies as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

Therapist Cancellations

If the therapist cancels the session for any reason, they will reschedule the session at no additional cost. No cancellation charges will be applicable. If the client wants the session fee reimbursed, it will be done.

If the therapist joins the session late, they will ensure that your required therapy time is met.

Late Show Policy

Grace Period: Clients are allowed a grace period of 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

Reduced Session Time: If a client arrives within the grace period, the session will proceed but will end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee will be charged.

Beyond Grace Period: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the psychologist reserves the right to consider the appointment a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made at the psychologist’s discretion.

Frequent Late Shows: Clients who frequently arrive late (more than three times) may be required to discuss their scheduling needs and commitment to timely attendance with the psychologist.
