Services are provided within the scope of the therapist’s professional qualifications, training, competence, and applicable ethical standards.The therapist reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services where treatment is clinically inappropriate, outside the therapist’s scope of competence, or where continuation may not be in the best interests of the client.

Appointments, Cancellations & Fees
Appointments are available by prior booking only.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged in full.
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Fees may be revised from time to time at the Practice’s discretion.
Online Therapy & Teleconsultation
Online consultations are conducted through electronic communication platforms and may not be appropriate for all psychological concerns.
By participating in online services, you acknowledge that:
- Technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions may occur.
- Delays in communication may affect service delivery.
- Absolute confidentiality and security of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed despite reasonable safeguards.
- Online services may not be appropriate for crisis situations or emergencies.
- The therapist may recommend referral, in-person consultation, psychiatric evaluation, or emergency services where clinically indicated.
Emergencies
The Practice does not provide emergency, crisis intervention, or 24-hour support services.
If you are experiencing:
- Suicidal thoughts,
- Self-harm risk,
- Psychiatric emergency,
- Immediate danger to yourself or another person,
You should immediately contact emergency services, a crisis helpline, a psychiatrist, or the nearest hospital.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Inform the therapist of any significant changes relevant to treatment.
- Participate honestly and respectfully in sessions.
- Follow recommendations at your own discretion and responsibility.
- Seek medical, psychiatric, or emergency assistance where appropriate.
The Practice may rely upon information provided by you and shall not be responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
Confidentiality
The Practice will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable laws, ethical obligations, and professional standards.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is:
- Required by law;
- Ordered by a court or competent authority;
- Necessary to prevent serious risk of harm;
- Required for safeguarding purposes;
- Necessary for professional supervision, consultation, insurance, or legal advice, with reasonable efforts made to protect client identity.
Children & Adolescents
Services for individuals under 18 years of age may require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
The therapist will endeavour to maintain an appropriate balance between parental involvement and the young person’s privacy, consistent with applicable legal and ethical obligations.
Psychological Assessments
Assessment findings, opinions, recommendations, and reports are based upon information available at the time of evaluation.
Reports are intended only for their stated purpose and should not be altered, reproduced, selectively quoted, distributed, or relied upon outside their intended context without written permission, except where required by law.
Recording & Session Materials
Clients may not record, livestream, screenshot, photograph, transcribe, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share any therapy, counselling, or assessment session without prior written consent.
The Practice will not record sessions without obtaining appropriate consent.
Electronic Communications
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other electronic communication channels are intended primarily for scheduling, administrative, and billing purposes.
These channels should not be used for emergencies, crisis support, or urgent clinical communication.
The Practice does not guarantee immediate responses to electronic communications.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, graphics, assessments, reports, worksheets, exercises, handouts, educational resources, videos, logos, and branding materials, remains the intellectual property of the Practice unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Third-Party Platforms
The Practice may use third-party platforms for appointment scheduling, payments, teleconsultation, email communication, and other administrative purposes.

International Clients
Individuals accessing services from outside India acknowledge that services are rendered from India and governed by Indian law.
The Practice does not represent that services comply with mental health, healthcare, or licensing regulations applicable in any other jurisdiction.
Grievances

The Practice will make reasonable efforts to review and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
Subject to the foregoing, courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
